5-1-6. Changing tension codes within a section
<Example: To change the tension of section 2>

Select the section to change the tension for.
Carry out steps 1 to 3 in “5-1-2. Switching to pattern
editing mode” to switch to pattern editing mode.
You can press the section change key [
] or [ ] (1) on
the section number side to move the work clamp/button
clamp automatically to the start of the section.
Move the work clamp/button clamp to the start of the
section you would like to change.
2 Change the tension.
Press the tension change keys [ ] (2) to select
the desired tension (0 to 300).
3 Confirm the change.
To confirm the change, press the key (3).
・ The change will be applied, and the tension for the
currently-selected section will change to the newly-set
tension value.
If you press the needle movement change key [ ] or
[ ] before pressing the key, the tension change
will be canceled.
If you would like to end pattern editing without changing
any sections, press the back key , the menu key
or the home key .
Example: Change the tension code to "100" in section 2
