Error status    #1    The power supply LED does not light when the power is turned on. 

Probable causes 

Check/ repair/ adjust 

Parts to be replaced 

1.  (Check the LEDs) 
 
 

Turn on the power switch and check that the 
various LEDs illuminate in the following order. 
a.  <Check 300V> LD1 (red) on power supply 

motor PCB does not illuminate.

#1-2, #1-3, #1-4 

b.  <Check 24V> LD8 (green) on power supply 

motor PCB does not illuminate.

c.  <Check 5V> LD3 (green) on power supply 

motor PCB does not illuminate.

on panel does not illuminate.

2.  Malfunction of power cord   

(Check 300V) 

 
 

Disconnect the power supply connector which 
links the power cord for the power switch and the 
power supply motor PCB, turn on the power 
switch, and then measure the voltage between 
terminals 1-2 of the cord-side connector. 
 
OK if the voltage is the same as mains voltage. 
 
In addition, check that the power supply voltage at 
the wall outlet is within the range of the 
specification v/- 10%. 
 
After inspecting, turn off the power switch and 
connect the power supply connector. 
 

 

3.  Blown fuse (Check 300V) 
 

Remove fuses F2 and F3 from the power supply 
motor PCB and check the continuity. 
OK if there is continuity. 
 

GLASSFUSE 
10A-50T100H 
(10A-250V) 

4.  Malfunction of power supply motor 

PCB 1 

 

Disconnect connector P2 (POWER) from the 
power supply motor PCB, and then turn on the 
power switch and check LD1 (red) on the power 
supply motor PCB. 
OK if illuminated. 
 
After checking, turn off the power switch, wait for 
five minutes or more, turn the power back on, and 
then with P2 inserted into the power supply motor 
PCB, check the voltage between terminals 1-3 of 
P2. 
OK if 254 to 358 V DC.

5.  Malfunction of power supply motor 

PCB 2 

 

Disconnect connector P2 (POWER), connector 
P4 (MN-MT) and connector P5 (ENC-MT) from 
the power supply motor PCB, and then turn on 
the power switch and check LD3 (green) and LD8 
(green) on the power supply motor PCB. 
OK if illuminated.
