9-20.  Adjusting the work clamp motor home position 

1 

With the power switch turned off, turn the pulley in the direction of the arrow to set the needle to the needle up stop 
position (near the highest thread take-up position).

While pressing the menu key, turn on the power switch. 
 
 
 
 
 

・ 

Select "Home position adjustment" in the adjustment 
menu screen, and the display will switch to the home 
position adjustment screen. 

3 

 

 

 

After switching to the home position adjustment screen, 
touch the "Work clamp motor" setting value (1) to select it. 
 

・ 

When a setting value is touched, it is highlighted in 
black, and the value can then be changed.

Touch the check key

・ 

Home position detection for the work clamp motor will 
be carried out based on the currently-displayed offset 
value. 

*  When the reset key 

 is pressed, the offset 

value which is selected at the time will be reset to "0", 
and the selected work clamp motor will then carry out
