and radiates it little by little. The heating is produced thanks to the path of the
smoke through the side and upper part of the oven.
There is a pipe on the top ceiling of the oven which connects with the
exhaust stack whose function is to evacuate the cooking gas generated
during the roasting.
Regarding the cleaning, it is important to highlight that it is not advisable to
use abrasive products because they damage the paint; besides, too much
water could produce rust. The oven has the following parts:

Thermometer: It shows the oven cooking temperature. To install the
thermometer, please proceed as indicate in pictures 1-2.

Tray:
They are made of stainless steel. It is possible to adjust them in
different heights depending on the side guide slot we use. It is advisable
to remove the trays when they are not in use in order to avoid any
damages.

Firebricks:
They are placed in the base of the oven and their function is to
absorb the heat and radiate it little by little.
2.1 FORNO
POR Situado na parte superior da salamandra possui uma câmara de cocção
hermética. A base do forno é de tijolo refractário (que absorve o calor e irradia
pouco a pouco). O aquecimento produz-se pela passagem de fumo nas partes
laterais e superiores do forno. No tecto incluem-se um tubo que conecta com
a saída de fumos a fim de evacuar os gases de cocção gerados pelo assado.
Para a sua limpeza convém indicar o especial cuidado que se deve ter, com a
utilização de produtos agressivos que danificam a pintura. A água em demasia
pode oxidar o interior do forno. O forno é constituído pelos seguintes
componentes.

Termómetro: Marca a temperatura de cocção do forno. Para sua
instalação procederemos como se indica. (fotos 1-2)

Bandeja. Realizada em aço inox. Regulável em duas alturas em função da
ranhura da guia lateral que usarmos. Para evitar a sua deteoração é
aconselhável remove-la quando não estiver em uso

Tijolos refractários. Colocados na base do forno, a sua função é absorver
o calor e irradia-lo pouco a pouco
2.1 FOUR
FR
Situé dans la partie supérieure du poêle, il possède une chambre de cuisson
hermétique. La base du four est de la brique réfractaire et elle absorbe la
chaleur et l’irradie peu à peu. Le chauffage se produit par le pas de la fumée
par les latéraux et la partie supérieure du four.
Dans le toit du four nos apprécions un orifice; celui-ci connecte avec un petit
tube et sa fonction est d’évacuer les gaz de cuisson qui génère le rôti.
