10 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
MINIMUM CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
Note: If cooking volume is high, perform above requirements more frequently.

Replace Air Filter Replace every 3 Months or sooner if needed 12-2

WARNING: Rags or papers containing
cooking oil can catch fire if exposed to
heat. Laundering will not remove the oil.
Dispose of all oil-soiled papers and rags in a
trash container that is in a ventilated area
away from all cooking equipment or other
heat sources such as direct sunlight.
Note: Check liquid in Splash Tray several
times daily. Empty as needed.
WARNING: Water and hot oil DO
NOT mix. DO NOT pour contents of
splash tray into cooking well. Hot oil could
splash causing serious burns.
