French Dressing
• 1 clove of garlic
• 6 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• ½ tsp castor sugar
• Salt and pepper
1. Place all the ingredients into your soup maker and blend for 20 seconds on position 3
until smooth.
2. Store in a screw top jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
Balsamic Dressing
• 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
• 1 clove of garlic, cut into quarters
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 100ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp honey
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1. Place all the ingredients into your soup maker and blend for 20 seconds on position 3
until smooth.
2. Store in a screw top jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
Basil Pesto
• 50g toasted pine nuts
• 1 x 31g pack of basil leaves only
• 50g grated Parmesan
• 150ml Olive Oil
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• Pinch of salt
• Black pepper to taste
1. Place all the ingredients into your soup maker and pulse until combined. Blend on
position 3 until the required consistency is obtained.
