Programming the Stimulator
Configuring the Leads
Once a connection has been established between the CP and Stimulator, switch to the
Configure Tab
to configure the Leads that are
navigating to the
Program Tab.
Note:
Once a Stimulator has been initially configured, you can directly switch to the Program Tab after connection has been established from
the Connect Tab.
Note:
If Brainlab Elements is available on the CP, you may import Lead information and objects into the Neural Navigator software
from Elements. To import or remove Elements data, Link or Unlink from the Configure screen. This option will only be available if
Neural Navigator is launched from within Elements.

During the implantation procedure of a 32 Contact (4 Port) Stimulator, no more than two Leads should be connected to the Stimulator.
Therefore, only two of the four ports are to be configured for programming. Only Ports L2 and R2 of the 32 Contact IPG are available for
programming.
