Adjusting CP Date and Time
If the date and/or time are incorrect, select the
Adjust Date and Time
icon
on the desktop to launch the Date and Time adjustment
window. Select the
Change date and time
button to modify the date and/or time as desired and select
OK
to confirm changes, as shown in
Figure 29.

Resetting ClinicUser Password
Update Password
If you know your ClinicUser password and would like to change it to a new password, follow the steps below:
1.
Press and hold
CTRL
+
ALT
+
DEL
(c alt + delete) on the keyboard and select
Change a password
.
2. Enter your old password in the “Old password” field, and enter your new password in the “New password” and “Confirm password” fields.
The ClinicUser password must be 10 or more characters in length.
3. Ensure your new password is the same in each field. Then press
Enter
.
