6.2 Transport
Due to the mobile design with 4 steerable transport rollers, the work station may be moved
at any time and set up at another location. During transportation, consider the following:
Check the space required (see fig. 1) at the place of use.
Check the transport route. Ensure that the doors and passages are sufficiently high and
wide (dimensions of the WS200 work station, see fig. 23).
Remove any attachments and device sets not required beforehand.
Do not exceed the max. admissible load-bearing capacity (max. 250 kg total weight).
Ensure before transportation that no hydraulic fluid can leak and drain the tank,
if necessary.
Do not transport any other objects or persons with the work station.
If it is to be transported outside buildings, the work station is to be protected from dust
and humidity.
Damage during transport is to be avoided.
Proceed as follows:
Pull the mains plug.
Loosen the locking devices of the transport rollers (see fig. 5).
In case of an incline or a slope, secure with several people.
Push the work station to its new place.
Place the work station on solid, level ground.
Lock the locking devices of the transport rollers (see fig. 5).
Make sure that when putting the station down during transport, the locking devices of
the transport rollers are locked.
In extremely inclined positions and in case of strong jerky transport movements, hydraulic
fluid may leak in the area of the bleeding opening of the tank end cap.

CAUTION
Hazard due to overload and/or unsuitable posture during transport!
Risk of tilting of the WS200! The center of gravity is possibly not in the middle; depending
on set-up and configuration, the center of gravity shifts!
Risk of injury during lifting and transportation!
During lifting and transportation, always move the work station carefully to avoid tilting.
At least 2 persons for lifting the work station.
Lifting by means of a lifting carriage is to be preferred.
Observe the support points.
Lifting by means of a lifting carriage only from the side (see fig. 23).
Do not use a crane for lifting the work station.
