Start-up
REFUspeed RS51
DOK-RD500*-RS51*******-IB02-EN-P
Connect-up the drive converter (refer to Section 3) and check the motor.
Connect the power, but do not power-up the drive converter
Power-up using the
"Start" button on the
operator panel.
Increase or
decrease the speed
setpoint using the
"+" or "-" key on the
operator panel.
Operation via terminal strip.
Operation via the
operator panel.
Guided parameterization
Drive control / setpoints:
Changeover to terminal strip operation.
Caution:
Either steady-state (static) or dynamic must be set in the "Test" and
"Normal" operating modes; different parameterization is not possible.
Thermisitor protection PTC/KTY and the current limiting setting are selected
under the Function menu item.
Start / stop functions
Parameterizing the drive after the start/stop command.
Power-up using the terminal strip with digital inputs 6 and 7.
Basic commissioning
Examples for commissioning
with pompted parameterization.
Set the motor data using Quick-Setup.
Note: If several operating points with various frequencies and voltages are specified on the rating plate,
then the operating point with the highest frequency should be entered as the rated operating point.
However, if operating points are present with the same voltage but different frequency, then the point
with the lowest frequency must be entered as the rated operating point.
Connect digital inputs 6 and 7.
Standard terminal assignment:
In this case, terminals X14.2 to 4 can be parameterized as digital inputs or
outputs. Further, terminals X14.5 to 6 and X17.6 are available as programmable
digital inputs. The signaling relays or analog output are also parameterized in
this menu item.
Note: If a setpoint potentiometer and the existing analog output are to be
simultaneously used, then an external power supply must be used for the setpoint
potentiometer.
