BTV 16/40

Installing an Extension Card

1. Disconnect the power supply. If required, unplug all connectors from

the operator terminal.

2. Wait until the power supply unit switches off automatically after UPS

operation (the UPS LED on the front panel flashes red until the UPS
switches off the power supply unit).

3. Remove the housing cover at the rear side. For this, only the

mounting screw at the side, at which the extension card slots are
situated, has to be loosened. Then, this part of the housing cover can
be removed.
