refers to the installation of an individual boiler or group of boilers that has a total ‘net
heat input’ exceeding 70kW input.
Please note:
Summer usage as per IGEM-UP-10 (Edition 4) states the temperature within a plant room, enclosure, or balanced
compartment must comply with the figures in the table below when assuming an ambient air temperature of 15ºC.

In addition to the ventilation requirements above, the requirements of DSEAR (IGEM-UP-16, Section 4.9) must be considered when
there is a risk of flammable gas building up from confined gas pipework.
