Positioning of ventilation within a
Commercial plant room
– to meet
IGEM-UP-10 (Edition 4)
requirements –
7.2.1.6
refers to high level ventilation (15% from ceiling) and
7.2.1.7
refers to low level ventilation (1m & 250mm
from floor).
Low level ventilation must be within 1m off the floor for
Natural Gas
, and within 250mm of the floor for
LPG
.
High level ventilation openings shall be located within 15% of the building height from the ceiling.
