Horizontal flue terminal distances from openings within a wall.
When multiple horizontal room sealed flues terminate on the same wall a clearance zone will need to be defined. For guidance on
this please refer to
figure 8
and ‘
Y
’ value table below for minimum required clearances.
Please note:
If the combined net heat input is above 333 kW, then Horizontal low-level terminals are not permitted, and the
guidance of the ‘Clean air act’ should then be followed.
