Up to 20 calls can be stored in the callback memory. It is read out by calling
the menu, every call number in the top line is assigned a callback memory
address in the bottom line.
The memory addresses can be scrolled with the plus and minus keys, call-
back is activated by pressing the display call key. Calls which are not needed
can be erased with the display clear key, all memory addresses are erased
when the radio is switched off.
Special Functions
The following functions are available at present as customised special func-
tions.
Activate Emergency Call
The emergency call can be activated manually with every programmable key.
The radio must usually be switched on for this!
If the radio is switched off, the emergency call can be activated with the
external emergency call contact (item 40) if programmed accordingly. When
this contact is triggered, the radio is switched on and emergency call proce-
dure is activated automatically.
Key Combinations
It generally applies for all key combinations that they are not part of the
standard programming and are only activated at the customer’s request.
Key combinations are one to two keys which are kept pressed whilst press-
ing the On/Off key (item 5). The keys described below are examples, the
radio may be programmed differently.
Switch Off Acoustic Signal Tones, Displays and Loudspeaker Muting
To switch off the acoustic signalling temporarily, press the call key I (item 2)
with the radio switched off and then switch the radio on. Which signalling
