· The rubber bushing must be positioned into the round hole on the left of ashpan door.

Adjustment of the baffl es
The
baffl e system is designed to adapt the appliance to the draught of the chimney. The baffl es
rest on square supports.
The
upper baffl e
has on each side 3 positioning notches, allowing to open or to close the fl ow
of smoke at the back, as well as release notch for the assembly and dismantling of the baffl es.
The
lower baffl e
may be turned around and thus open the passage for the smoke in the front
(for instance if the equipment back-drafts too easily). It also includes two release notches.
The most closed position is the best for the effi ciency of the appliance. However, if the
fi replace tends to smoke back, open the baffl es gradually
· Disconnect a terminal spade tag from one of the doorswitch terminals and connect it to one
of the thermocontact terminals. Connect the remaining cable to the two free terminals.
