Press and hold down starter
button 1 .
Open throttle grip until the
set maximum rpm has been
reached.
The ignition is interrupted to
limit engine speed.
WARNING
As soon as the starter
button is released the
vehicle accelerates in
accordance with the position
of the throttle twistgrip.
Risk of crashing due to severe
jerk forward if throttle twist-
grip in full load position.
Do not fully open the
throttle twistgrip; instead,
turn it only to the position at
which the engine reaches its
speed-limit rpm.
Release starter button 1 .
The vehicle accelerates at the
maximum rate.
DTC
DTC adjustment
The DTC controls permissible
rear-wheel slip in accordance
with your selected riding mode.
The control can be adjusted in
detail in the configuration of
the RACE PRO riding modes.

The DTC setting can be ad-
justed during riding via the
DTC rocker button 1 on the
left handlebar operating facility.
