Recoverable errors
Fatal error
A blinking red and white ring
means that something went
wrong. The user is invited to
check their Bloom App to learn
how to solve the problem.
A steady, bold red LED circle indicates
that an error has occurred which will
require servicing of the Bloom Lab to
rectify (for contact details see section 9).

7. Troubleshooting
7.1. Bloom Lab
Report fatal errors and malfunctions of the Bloom Lab to Bloom Diagnostics by making use of the contact information provided
in section 9. The following table (table N°3) highlights possible errors you might face when performing Bloom Tests, determines
possible malfunction messages, and provides instructions on how to correct those problems.

the Bloom Lab is not exposed to direct sunlight.
The temperature the Bloom Lab is
exposed to is below 15°C (59°F).
Ensure an ambient temperature above 15°C (59°F).
