YDRAULIC SYSTEM
Main and Boost pressure
These indicate the main and boost oil
pressure of the hydraulic system.
this pressure must always be above appr. 20
bar, but at least in the green area of the
gauge, if the pressure is low
(in the red area) you have to stop
immediately all hydraulic devices, switch
back to conventional drive and call
Blastrac for assistance!!
Oil temperature
Status of the oil temperature in the oil
tank, “Oil temp OK” is coloured green
when oil is below 40° Celsius
and turns yellow above 45° Celsius and
shows “Oil Cooler ON”
In the unlikely event that the oil
temperature exceeds 86°C the indicator
turns red and shows “OIL TEMP. ALARM”
If this message occurs immediately stop
with blasting!!, (leave the hydrostatic
drive on with the gearbox in gear)and let
the oil cooler cool back until the
temperature is returned below 50°
Celsius. An oil temperature indicator is
placed on the hydraulic tank.
Oil filter
Status of the oil filters, filters are OK
when indicator is green.
Filters need to be replaced immediately
when the indicator turns red and shows
“Oil filter alarm”
Oil Level
Status of the oil level in the oil tank, green if level is OK.
if level is getting to low it turns yellow and shows “oil level pre-alarm”
Check the hydraulic system for leaks or other causes for loosing hydraulic oil
and fill up to “Oil level OK” again.
Make sure right type of oil is added. (Check with Blastrac)
When oil level indicator turns red showing the message ”oil level alarm”
immediately stop hydraulic performance, check for leaks or
other causes for loosing hydraulic oil. Do not start again before failure is
found and oil level is OK again!
