pROblEm
SOlUTION
1. Snow mover doesn’t run when bail handle is activated.
• Check to make sure safety key
has been installed and is fully
seated and that button on switch
housing is being completely
depressed before pulling bail
handle.
• Release bail handle to turn
snow mover off. Remove safety
key and battery pack, and check
that auger is free to turn.
• Check that the battery
cavity is free of debris and is
connected properly.
• Has battery been fully charged?
2. Unit stops while moving snow.
• Release bail handle to turn
snow mover off. Remove safety
key and battery pack. Check that
auger is free to turn.
• Check that the battery
cavity is free of debris and is
connected properly.
• Has battery been fully charged?
• Surrounding air temperature
too hot or too cold. Move
charger and battery pack to a
surrounding air temperature of
above 40 degrees F (4,5°C) or
below 105 degrees F (+40,5°C).
• Avoid overloading the Snow
mover. Slow down working pace.
3. Snow mover is abnormally noisy and vibrates.
• Release bail handle to turn
Snow mover off. Remove safety
key and battery pack. Check
that auger is free to turn and
discharge chute is clear of
frozen snow. Clear clogs with
clean out stick.
• Release bail handle to turn
Snow mover off. Remove safety
key and battery pack. Check that
auger is free to turn and ensure
it has not been bent or damaged.
If damaged, return Snow mover
to a BlACk+DeCkeR Authorized
service center.
• If there is no visible damage
and the snow mover still
vibrates: Return the snow mover
to an authorized BlACk+DeCkeR
authorized service center.
4. Battery charger leDs not on.
• Check plug connection.
• Replace charger.
