2. To change the COM Port from the Options menu, choose COM Port. The COM Port Dialog box appears. See Figure 21-3.

3. Choose the COM Port the RS-232 Serial cable is connected to and click “OK.”
21.7 Verifying the Version Numbers
Before upgrading the firmware, you must first verify which firmware and hardware versions you have.
21.7.1 ServReach KVMultiport IP Switch Version
To verify the ServReach KVMultiport IP Switch version:
1. Select the ServReach KVMultiport Switch checkbox.
2. Click
. The firmware versions of the Translator, Master, and OSD appear, see Figure 21-4.
