Comment
Power
CN10
24 V/dc
To be connected by customer from ACP LINK panel.
RS485-1
(Modbus RTU)
CN19
To be connected by customer with twisted pair wires to ACP LINK panel. Use
120
Ω
termination resistor.
Cable type: For example, Belden 3106A cable can be specified, but different
types of cable with equivalent characteristics can be used.
Digital inputs
All digital inputs are 24 V connections.

Comment
DI 1
CN3
Emergency stop Fail-safe signal from safety chain to inform ACP LINK about status.
High = safety chain made (healthy), Low = safety chain opened. ACP
unit will shut down when input is low.
DI 2
CN3
External alarm
Fail-safe signal from plant alarm system to inform ACP LINK about
status (of for example high level liquid separator alarm or ammonia-
detection alarm). High = no external alarm (healthy), low = external
alarm. ACP unit will shut down after time delay (adjustable) when
input is low.
DI 3
CN4
External start
permission
Signal from plant system to give start permission to ACP LINK. High
= start permission, Low = no start permission. ACP will be ready to
start when input is high. Actual start will also depend on capacity
request and possible other alarms or warnings. ACP unit will stop
(normal stop) when input is low.
DI 4
CN4
Current limiter
Signal from plant to change function of current limiter in ACP LINK.
This input is reserved, but functionality is not implemented yet.
DI 5
CN4
Oil pump run
signal
Signal from electrical panel to inform the ACP LINK about oil pump
running status. Run feedback from oil pump must be connected here.
Only used on ACP system for booster application with oil pump. High
= oil pump running, Low = oil pump stopped.
DI 6
CN4
Oil pump error
Signal from electrical panel to inform the ACP LINK about oil pump
error status. Error feedback from oil pump must be connected here
