METRIC BOLTS TIGHTENING SETTINGS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Screw’s Torque Values

Always replace bolts with others of the same grade. Metric screws have the

class number marked on the head.

Tighten the screws according to the above table, unless the Operator’s Manual

indicates something different. Do not over tighten the screws, since this may

cause failure during operation.

NOTE: DO NOT use these values if a different torque value, for an exact

application, is specified. The given values are for general usage. Check

periodically the tightening of the screws.
