Areas of application and function
The CareMat
®
was primarily designed for use in old people’s and care
homes, hospitals and psychiatric wards as well as for sheltered residential
accommodation. The necessary care and supervision of patients with
dementia and of those who are at risk of falling represents a significant
increase in care expenditure for care practitioners. The CareMat
®
is the
ideal support: Risks of falling and the dangers which arise from wandering
or loss of orientation can be significantly reduced.
