Two year warranty
The SWS – LW Present Weather Sensors come with a two year limited warranty
against defective materials and workmanship. If you have any questions about
the warranty please contact Biral.
In order to help us to assist you please be sure to include the following
information:
- Model of equipment
- Serial number of equipment
- Nature of defect
- Your full name, address and contact details
- Relevant application details and data output
- Responses to R? command
If you need to return the sensor
The SWS – LW sensors should give you many years of trouble-free service but in
the unlikely event that the equipment proves to be faulty and we have asked you
to return the sensor to us please address the equipment to:

All Biral’s SWS - LW sensors comply with the requirements for CE marking. Once
installed, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all connections made to the
sensor comply with all Local and National safety requirements.
