• Select Trough under Priming Option. Select Trough 1, keep the prime Duration at 5 sec, and select Prime Solution. Repeat for all 

4 troughs.

•  With Trough 4 selected, Check the Prime Manifold box, and select Prime Solution. Repeat for all 4 troughs.
•   After all the solution has been primed through the instrument lines, dump out the remaining solution, and rinse the carboys 2-3 

times with water.

•  Fill each carboy with at least twice as much DI water (4-5L) as Lysol solution and repeat the above steps, priming for at least 10 

seconds.

Important Note: Prime the probe for at least 2 minutes to ensure the instrument is well-rinsed� The Prime Solution button may be 
clicked multiple times to avoid clicking every 10 seconds�
