After identifying the most suitable position,
following the transport instructions of this
section, use YELLOW paint (high resistance
to abrasion) to trace a box on the pavement
around the perimeter of the press as indicated
by the diagram in Figure 3.
The area thus highlighted will indicate the
caution area by the lifting means and by the
personnel present nearby.

The table shows the main types of oil available on the market suitable for the proper operation of
the hydraulic pump.
5.2
Filling
N.B. When the oil level in the tank drops, generally following:
volume absorption by the cylinder
volume absorption by the system
the discharge of air bubbles left in the pipes
it is necessary to fill up the oil level by bringing it to the correct level and checking it with the
level indicator.
5.3
Air exhaust
A considerable amount of air can be present in the circuit after the first start or after the
maintenance of system components (e.g. cylinder, filters, and pipes).
The air presence is highlighted by irregular operation, noise and uneven feed of the cylinder.
To eliminate air from the circuit, it is sufficient to perform several end-of-stroke cycles until the
