Place the buffer pads (65) on the guide bars (12) and place
the bars on the left (1) and right (2) bottom support tubes,
Fig.3.
Attach the pulley (10), the disc holder (17), and the support
(14) to the top weight (9) using the bolts (73), (87), the
washers (89), (90), and the nuts. (94), Fig.3.
Place top weight assembly on the bars (12), attach the
bushings (70) and the top bracket (32) to the top end of the
bars (12) using the screws (82), the washers (89) and the
nuts (93).
Place the guide bar (50) on the right bottom tube (2), place
the cushion (66), the safety assembly (24), the spring (67),
the bushing (53), the other cushion (66), the support (18) and
the upper support (13) using the screw (82), the washer (89)
and the nut (93), Fig.3A. Follow the same process with the
guide bar (50) on the left bottom support tube (1).
Attach the right bar hook (22) and the right support (20) to
the right side of the bar, Fig.3A, using the screw (77). Follow
the same process with the left side and the hook (21) and the
left support (19).
Place the assembly on the support (18) using the screws
(78), the washers (89), and the nuts (93), Fig.3.
Place the disc holders (25) on the ends of the bar (49) using
the screws (72) and the washers (95) and place the plugs
(69), Fig.3.
Put the plugs (16) in the upper support.

.- Attach the pulleys (64) and the cable (60) to left (26) and
right (27) bar pulley support using the bolts (74), (85), the
washers (89), and the nuts (93), Fig.4, Fig.4A, I.
Place the cable (60), the pulleys (64) to the ends of the
upper frame using the screws (82), the bushings (62) and
the nuts (93), Fig.4, Fig.4A, II.
Attach the pulleys (64) and the cable (60) to the pulley
supports (10) using the bolts (74), the washers (89) and the
nuts (93), Fig.4, Fig.4A, III.
Attach the cable (60), the pulleys (64) to the upper structure
using the screws (82), the bushings (62) and the nuts (93),
Fig.4, Fig.4A, IV.
Attach the cable (60), the pulleys (64) to the left (1) and
right (2) bottom tubes using the screws (81), the bushings
(63) and the nuts (93), Fig.4, Fig. 4A, V.
Attach the end of the cable to the left (26) and right (27)
slider pulley support, using the screw (26.8), the washers
(26.9) and the nuts (26.11), Fig.4, Fig.4A, VI.

.- Attach the pulleys (64) and the cable (61) to the upper
frame using the bolts (82), the bushings (62) and the nuts
(93), Fig.5, Fig.5, I.
Attach the end of the cable (61) to the left (19) and right
(20) supports using the screws (78), the washers (89) and
the nuts (93), Fig.5, Fig.5, II.
Attach the other end of the cable (61) to the support (31)
using the screws (78), the washers (89) and the nuts (93),
Fig.5, Fig.5, III

.- Attach the disc holders (30) to the left (3) and right (4)
vertical tubes using the screws (80) and the washers (89),

Attach the left (51) and right (52) covers using the screws
(79), Fig.6.
Place the rawing support (41) on the right bottom tube (2)
using the bushing (46), the screw (75) and the washer (91),
Fig.6.
Place the foot support (45) on the right bottom tube (1)
using the screws (83) and the washers (90), Fig.6.

.- Attach the left (33) and right (34) bumpers, the left (35)
and right (36) bars, the left (37) and right (38) brackets to
the left (26) and right (27) adjustment bars, Fig.7.
Remove the knob (39) from the knee support (39), place
the support on the right bumper (34) and refit the knob,
Fig.7.
Attach the handles (58) to the cable (60), Fig.7.

.- Attach the poster support frame (8) to the upper rear
tube (5) using the bolts (83) and the washers (90), Fig.8.
Attach the display board (11) to the support (8) using the
screws (71) and the washers (88), Fig.8.
Attach the butterfly clips (59) to the disc holders (25), Fig.8.

.- Place the bars (42), (43), (44) and the handles (56), (57)
on the upper rear tube (5), Fig.9.
