GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.-
Read the instructions in this manual. This gives important
information on the safety, use and maintenance of the
machine.
Follow the following recommendations:
1
Keep children and animals away from the machine. Do
not leave children unsupervised around the equipment.

The machine will only be used by 1 person at the same
time.

Work at the recommended exercise level, do not get to
exhaustion. If you feel pain or discomfort of any kind, stop
exercising immediately and consult your doctor.

Use the appliance on a solid, level surface with 1 meter
around. It is not advisable to keep your unit in wet place
because the oxidation would be inevitable. Do not use the
equipment outdoors.

Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.

Use suitable clothing and footwear. Tighten the laces
properly.

Use the equipment according to the functions described
in the manual, do not use accessories or exercises other
than those described by the manufacturer.

Do not place any sharp objects around the machine.

Do not allow children or disabled persons use the
appliance without the strict supervision of a qualified
person.

Do stretches before using the computer as a warmup.

Select an appropriate weight to their physical condition.

Do not use the equipment if it is damaged or
incomplete.

It is recommended to exercise a monitor to oversee the
exercise.

This unit has been designed for semi-professional use.
The maximum user weight is 130 kg.
Caution: Consult your doctor before beginning to use
the machine. This advice is especially important for
those over 35 or suffering from health problems.
Keep these instructions safe for future use.
MAINTENANCE.-
1 Lubricate moving parts regularly. At least once a year.
2 Check that all parts are tight and that the machine is
working properly before first use.
3 Use a damp cloth to clean the equipment. The use of
solvents is not recommended.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-

.- Attach the left (3) and right (4) vertical tubes to the left
(1) and right (2) bottom support tubes, placing the fixing
plates (55) and using the screws (83), (85), the washers
(90) and the nuts (94), Fig.1.
Attach the upper (5) and lower (6) rear tubes to the left (3)
and right (4) vertical tubes by placing the fixing plates (54)
and using the screws (85), the washers (90) and the nuts.
(94), Fig.1.
NOTE: Do not fully tighten the screws.
2.-
Attach the left (28) and right (29) columns to the left (1)
and right (2) bottom support tubes, placing the fixing plates
(55) and using the screws (83), (85), the washers (90) and
the nuts (94), Fig.2.
Attach the left (26) and right (27) sliding frame tubes to the
left (1) and right (2) bottom support tubes using the screws
(83), (84), the washers (90) and the nuts (94) , Fig.2.
Attach the weight supports (31) to the left (28) and right (29)
columns, Fig.2, A.
Attach the inner plates (47) and (48) to the left (3) and right
(4) vertical tubes and to the left (28) and right (29) columns
using the screws (82), the washers (89) and the nuts. (93).
Attach the inner plates (47) and (48) and the upper frame (7)
to the left (26) and right (27) sliding frame tubes using the
screws (86), the washers (90) and the nuts (94), Fig.2.
Fully tighten all the screws from the first and second
step.
3.- G145.-
Place the buffer pads (65) on the guide bars (12) and place
the bars on the left (1) and right (2) bottom support tubes,
Fig.3. Attach the weight plates (96).
Attach the pulley (10), the disc holder (17), and the selector
(97) to the top weight (9) using the bolts (73), (87), the
washers (89), (90), and the nuts. (94), Fig.3.
Place top weight assembly on the bars (12), attach the
bushings (70) and the top bracket (32) to the top end of the
bars (12) using the screws (82), the washers (89) and the
nuts (93).
Place the guide bar (50) on the right bottom tube (2), place
the cushion (66), the safety assembly (24), the spring (67),
the bushing (53), the other cushion (66), the support (18) and
the upper support (13) using the screw (82), the washer (89)
and the nut (93), Fig.3A. Follow the same process with the
guide bar (50) on the left bottom support tube (1).
Attach the right bar hook (22) and the right support (20) to
the right side of the bar, Fig.3A, using the screw (77). Follow
the same process with the left side and the hook (21) and the
left support (19).
Place the assembly on the support (18) using the screws
(78), the washers (89), and the nuts (93), Fig.3.
Place the disc holders (25) on the ends of the bar (49) using
the screws (72) and the washers (95) and place the plugs
(69), Fig.3.
Put the plugs (16) in the upper support. Place the selector pin
(98) in the selector (97), Fig.3.
