ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-

Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there, Fig.1:

Take the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (61) and place it at the front of
your unit, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
screws (39), fit the washers (36) and
the nuts (35).
Then take the rear stabiliser bar with
the adjustable blocks (38) and place it
at the front of your unit, as shown in
Fig.2, insert the screws (39), fit the
washers (36) and the nuts (35).
3.- ATTACHING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the
pedals must be followed to the
letter, fitting these incorrectly could
damage the screw thread on the
pedal or the crank.
Right and left refer to the position that
the user adopts when sitting on the
saddle to do the exercises.
The right pedal (24R) is marked with
the letter (R).This screws onto the
right-hand crank, also marked with an
(27R), in a clockwise direction.
Tighten securely Fig.3.
The left pedal (24L) is marked with the
letter (L). These screws onto the left-
hand crank, also marked with an
(27L), in an anti-clockwise direction.
Tighten securely Fig.3.
4.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR
STEM.-
Take the main post (72) and insert the
bottom post cover (62). Bring the main
post (72) up to boss on the main body
(70). For the model FI100 connect the
wire terminals (58) and (57), Fig.4b.
Conect the terminals (64) and (63).
Slip the main post (72) over the boss
on the main body (70), Fig.4, making
sure not to snag any of the cables.
Refit the screws (65), and the washers
(66) and (67), Fig.4, and tighten
securely.
Lower the bottom trim section (62) for
the main post (72) down over the boss
section of the main body (70).
5.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Place the saddle (13), Fig.5, onto the
saddle post (21) as shown in Fig.5,
making sure that the holes on the
saddle post are at the front of the
saddle. Fit the saddle into position and
tighten the nuts securely (16) with the
washers (15).
Next, insert the saddle post into the
hole on the main body (70), fit the
saddle post adjustment knob (71),
adjust the position of the saddle post
and tighten the knob (71) by turning it
clockwise.
