WARRANTY SUBMITTAL
Please have the following information available when contacting your dealer or BH for warranty
support.

A copy of the dated purchase receipt or credit card statement.

An explanation of the problem/malfunction or parts that are missing or damaged.

Owner’s name, address and phone number.
•
Model (SK9000 bike) and Serial Number (when available).

BH FITNESS extends the following exclusive, limited warranty, which shall apply only to the use of the
device in the home, or commercial facilities. Any other use of the device shall void this warranty.
FRAME – Lifetime (Home Warranty). 7 Years (Light/Full Commercial Warranty)
BH Fitness warrants the Frame against defects in workmanship and materials for Lifetime from the date
of original purchase, so long as it remains in the possession of the original owner for home use.
BH Fitness warrants the Frame against defects in workmanship and materials for seven years from the
date of original purchase, so long as it remains in the possession of the original owner for light/full
commercial use.
