GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.-
Read the instructions in this manual. This gives important
information on the safety, use and maintenance of the
machine.
Follow the following recommendations:
1
Keep children and animals away from the machine. Do
not leave children unsupervised around the equipment.
2
The machine will only be used by 1 person at the same
time.
3
Work at the recommended exercise level, do not get to
exhaustion. If you feel pain or discomfort of any kind, stop
exercising immediately and consult your doctor.
4
Use the appliance on a solid, level surface with 1 meter
around. It is not advisable to keep your unit in wet place
because the oxidation would be inevitable. Do not use the
equipment outdoors.

Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
6
Use suitable clothing and footwear. Tighten the laces
properly.

Use the equipment according to the functions described
in the manual, do not use accessories or exercises other
than those described by the manufacturer.

Do not place any sharp objects around the machine.

Do not allow children or disabled persons use the
appliance without the strict supervision of a qualified
person.
10
Do stretches before using the computer as a warmup.
11
Select an appropriate weight to their physical condition.

Do not use the equipment if it is damaged or
incomplete.

It is recommended to exercise a monitor to oversee the
exercise.

This unit has been designed for home use. The
maximum user weight is 130 kg.
Caution: Consult your doctor before beginning to use
the machine. This advice is especially important for
those over 35 or suffering from health problems.
Keep these instructions safe for future use.
MAINTENANCE.-
1 Lubricate moving parts regularly. At least once a year.
2 Check that all parts are tight and that the machine is
working properly before first use.
3 Use a damp cloth to clean the equipment. The use of
solvents is not recommended.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Saque la unidad de la caja y compruebe que tiene todas
las piezas, Fig.A, Fig.B.
Para el montaje de esta máquina, se recomienda la
ayuda de una segunda persona.
1 .- Attach the horizontal tube (2) to the left base tube (7)
and to the right base tube (6) and fix it using the screws
(114), (106), the washers (103) and the nuts (100), Fig.1.
Place the fixing plate (36) on the horizontal tube (2) and
fasten it with the screws (117), the washers (102) and the
nuts (101), Fig.1.
2.- Place the front tube (12) on the left base tube (7) and
fix it with the screws (114) and the washers (103) and the
screws (120) with the washers (96), Fig.2.
Place the rear tube (11) on the left base tube (7) and fix it
with the screws (108), the washers (103) and the nuts
(100), Fig.2.
Follow the same steps with the right base tube (6), the
front tube (12) and the rear tube (10), Fig.2
.
3.- Insert the upper bar (3) into the front tube (12) and fix it
with the screws (114), the washers (103) and the screws
(120) and the washers (96), Fig.3.
Place the other side of the upper bar (3) on the rear tube
(11) and fix it with the screws (108), the washers (103)
and the nuts (100), Fig.3.
Follow the same steps to assemble the right upper bar (4)
to the front tube (12) and rear tube (10), Fig.3.
4 .- Attach the upper horizontal tube (1) and fix it on the left
(3) and right (4) upper bar using the screws (114), (106),
the washers (103) and the nuts (100), Fig.4.
Place the upper structure (9) and attach it to the left (3) and
right (4) upper tubes using the screws (106), the washers
(103) and the nuts (100), Fig.4.
5 .- Install the pulley (50) to the left slider (16), and fix it
using the screws (112), the cushions (103) and the nuts
(100), Fig.5.
Remove the knob (74) from the left slider (16) and place it
on the adjustment bar (8), Fig.5. Refit the knob (74).
Follow the same steps to fit the right slider (15), Fig.5.
6 .- Place the adjustment bar (8) on the left base tube (7) at
point (a), align the holes and screw using the screws (108),
the washers (103) and the nuts (100), Fig.6.
Place the adjuster tube (5) on the left base tube (7) at point
(b) as shown on Fig.6, align the holes and fix it using the
screws (111) and the washers (103).
Follow the same steps for the right side.
7 .- Insert the shaft (48) into the left bar (8), then use the bolt
(121) and the cushion (96) to fix, Fig.7-1.
Follow the same steps for the right bar.
Insert the bushing (18), the cushion (69), the washer (21),
the spring (63) and the support (24) into the guide bar (47),
Fig.7. Place the guide bar (47) at point (c), align the holes
and fix it with the screws (116), Fig.7.
Follow the same steps for the right side.
