4.7.1 Fan power
Displays on the 7-segment display for the extraction:
The setting of the fan power takes place
automatically.
Power level 1 - lowest fan power - when
simmering food
Power level 2 - medium fan power - when
cooking on one cooking zone
Power level 3 - high fan power - when
cooking on several cooking zones
Power level POWER - maximum fan power -
when searing
Irrespective of the extraction operating mode, the fan power
for the extractor hood can be set as follows.
The symbol illuminates.
☞ Briefly press the slider at the position
below the symbol to reduce the fan
power.
☞ Touch the slider (> 1 second) at the
position below the symbol to start the
run-on function.
The symbol illuminates.
☞ Briefly press the slider at the position
below the symbol to increase the fan
power.
☞ Touch the slider (> 1 second) at the
position below the symbol to activate the
power level “Power”.
4.7.2 Lift function
When the device is connected to a ceiling lift hood, the lift
function can be performed as follows.
Press the slider at the position below the
symbol to move the hood down.
Press the slider at the position below the
symbol to move the hood up.
4.7.3 Synchronisation
If the extractor hood or a ceiling connection is equipped
with effect lighting, the brightness of the lighting can be
synchronised with the hob lighting.
Requirement:

All light sources of the extractor hood are
switched off.
☞ Press the slider at the position below the
symbol (> 1 second).
y
All light sources switch on at the same
time with full brightness.
☞ Press the slider at the position below the
symbol (> 1 second) again.
y
All light sources switch off at the same
time.
4.7.4 Effect lighting
If the extractor hood is equipped with effect lighting,
the function may be used independent of the fan.
Switching on and off is possible at any time.
☞ Press the slider at the position below the
symbol to switch the effect lighting on or
off.
