The Electronic Door Key Locks.
See Figure 8.
The key locks for the electronic door are located on the
left edge of the door. The Key locks for the lower door of
the Pacific Series are located on the top side of the lower
door panel. See Figure 8.
To lock the upper door, insert the key in one of the locks
and turn clockwise until it stops. Repeat this step for the
other lock. To lock the lower door, turn the key clockwise
until it stops in one of the locks. Repeat this step for the
other lock. To unlock either door, turn the key
counterclockwise until it stops.
The Electro-Mechanical Totalizers.
The electro-mechanical totalizers are located below the
Product Select Buttons. The total is cumulative and
reads in whole unit (gallon or liter) increments. See
Figure 9.
The Pump Handle.
See Figure 10.
(Lever Operation)
The pump handles are located on the front of the
dispenser. To operate the dispenser, remove the nozzle
from the holder and lift the pump handle up for the
ON
position. Push the pump handle down for the
OFF
position. These are referred to as “lift to start nozzle”
boots.
The Pump Handle.
See Figure 10.
(Push to Start Operation)
The “Push to Start” nozzle boots turn on the dispenser as
soon as the nozzle is removed from the nozzle boot (also
referred to as Auto-On). With this style of operation the
customer is required to select the desired product by
pressing the appropriate product select switch.
Note that the same Nozzle Boot can either be a Lever
Operated or Push to Start Operated boot.
How to Adjust the Pump Handle for Lever Operation
or Push to Start (Auto On) Operation.
Figure 11 shows the back side of a Nozzle Boot set up
for the Lift to Start option. Notice that the cross bar is
inserted in the first two notches on the black flapper.
With this configuration the spring presses against the
lever at an angle that forces it to stay closed even with
the nozzle removed.
