How to Set Volume Units and View E-CAL Values
Menu Code 99
This menu code sets the unit of measurement used in
the country where the dispenser is located.
The first option allows the technician to set the dispenser
for the following options:
1 - Gallons (this is the default)
2 - Liters
3 - British Imperial Gallons
The second option allows the technician to choose
the setting for two decimal places or three decimal places.
1 - 1000th (volume resolution - gallons “.001”)
- this is default
2 - 100th (volume resolution - liters “.01”)
The third option is for viewing the E-Cal settings.
To select a different option in Menu Code 99, follow this
procedure:
1. After the Manager’s Mode has been accessed, press
the number 9 and 9, then the
MODE
button on the
keypad. The price display shows the dispenser is in
Menu Code 99.
If the dispenser has not been programmed since it
came from the factory then it will be set for the default.
The 0 (if new) or any other number which appears in
the second row under the 1 is a counter. It tracks the
number of times this setting has been changed. See
figure 99.1.
2. To change the setting, use the 1, 2 or 3 button on the
keypad to enter a new option. Press
ENTER
. The
display moves to the Decimal Place Configuration. See
figure 99.2. The choice is 1 for three decimal places or
2 for two decimal places.

set for gallons or liters
Again, The 0 (if new) or any other number which

changed.
3. After you press
ENTER
then you will be able to view
the E-Cal values for each product. See figure 99.3
4. Press the
CANCEL
button to exit this menu code.
