Note:

 

LOOKBACK should be set to smaller distance than when the Dryer is operated by motor 

starters. Some sites may set LOOKBACK to zero. This is due to slow deceleration rates of 
Dryer and use of Conveyor Hz.

Screen Key:

•

 

Min Vehicle Hz: This is the minimum Hertz that the Dryer will run 
when the Conveyor variance is set to zero (0). 

•

 

Max Vehicle Hz: This is the maximum Hertz that the Dryer will run 
when the Conveyor variance is set to.100. 

•

 

With Conveyor Hz: This is the Hertz that the Dryer will run when 
there is no vehicle present or programmed by ON Position, Car 
Length Adjust and Look back Distance. 

•

 

Set Distance: Dryers will run at a set distance when VFD MODE 
1 is active from Package or Option. This feature is used to reduce 
air flow for pickup trucks with debris in their bed. Due to slow 
deceleration rate of the dryers, this distance may be smaller than 
anticipated. 

•

 

VFD Mode 2: From Package and Options will force the dryer off. 
The air flow may not be completely off due to Conveyor Hz or 
slow dryer deceleration rates. 

Screen Key:

•

activated via “NAMED 10”.  

•

 

Pump 4 VFD: This will activate for every vehicle except if 
activated via “NAMED 11”.
