6 Using the Options Menu
6.1
Overview
The
Options Menu
provides access to a list of functions used to review/print
results records and configure system operation parameters.
From the
Run/Options
prompt, press the
<Options>
key to enter the
Options
Menu
. The screen updates to display access to the first function available from
the menu on the lower line of the screen.
The following functions are available from the
Options Menu
:
1.
LOG OFF USER
2.
VIEW RECORDS
3.
OUTPUT RECORDS
4.
SYSTEM SETTINGS
5.
RUN QC TEST
6.
EXIT OPTIONS
Proceed as follows:
1. From the
Options Menu
screen, use the
Up / Down Arrow
keys as necessary
to scroll the list until the desired option is displayed on the lower line of the
screen.
2. When the desired option is displayed, press the
<Enter>
key to access the use
of this function.
3. To return to the
Run/Options
prompt from the
Options Menu
,
press the
<Options>
key
.
Use of these functions is described in detail in the subsequent sections.
6.2
Log Off User
Use this function to log out as the active user, if you have previously logged in
using a User PIN value when beginning a pH test measurement (refer to Section
5.2.1, Select/Enter User ID).
Proceed as follows.
1. From the
Options Menu
screen, use the
Up / Down Arrow
keys (if necessary)
to scroll the list until the
1. LOG OFF USER
option is displayed on the lower
line of the screen.
2. Press the
<Enter>
key to select use of this function. The instrument will log
off the currently active user. The following message is briefly displayed:

1. LOG OFF USER
