unit that is acting as a gateway to forward data to its
destination.
Instructions:
Enter into this parameter the valid IP address of the next
hop unit to which data is forwarded for transmission.

The path over which the network or host can be reached
Instructions:
Enter here a valid (existing) path name over which the
destination host or network (as specified in the IP
Address parameter on

) can be reached.

Displays the cost as determined by your routing protocol

Instructions:
This parameter is generated by the unit once the route
has been used. It is not to be amended by the user.
Note:
The Gateway parameter is an optional field. Only enter
an IP address here if calls are forwarded to their respective
destinations via another router (a gateway).
