Profile Identification Parameters
These parameters allow you to name the profile you are creating.
The Type field cannot be amended but is for information only.
profiles you design will always have a type of Custom. System
generated profiles will have a type of Static.
Parameter:

A user defined profile name (no spaces)
Function:
A name for the custom profile
Instructions:
Enter a name that you will recognize. The name is the
profile you assign to a path (
page 8-23
) and the ISDN
port (
page 9-8
). It will also appear in the PPP profile
table (
Figure 10-1
).

The security parameters determine how password authentication
is to work on the unit.
