This is the local number for the second B channel.
Instructions:
Local directory numbers are assigned by your ISDN
supplier.

Either, PAP, CHAP, BWPAP, BWCHAP, BWEither,
None, custom profile
Function:
Specifies the default PPP profile that will be used on this
ISDN port. The PPP profile allows for extra security on
the unit.
Instructions:
There are several values here; these are as follows:
•
Either: Either incoming PAP or CHAP is accepted
on this port.
•
PAP: Only incoming PAP is accepted.
•
CHAP: Only incoming CHAP is accepted.
•
BWPAP: Incoming and outgoing PAP is accepted.
•
BWCHAP: Incoming and outgoing CHAP is
accepted.
•
BWEither: Both incoming and outgoing PAP and
CHAP are accepted.
•
None: No profiles are used.
Note:
With certain switch configurations, this parameter need
not be set, or be set on the first channel only. You will need to
refer to your ISDN supplier to check if this is the case.
