Connecting a swimming pool
To control swimming pool heating, you will need the optional AD249
printed circuit board and a swimming pool thermostat. A low-loss header
will also be required to ensure the heat pump operates correctly with a
swimming pool.
The swimming pool is not heated when the contact is open (factory
setting). Only the frost protection continues to run.
The thermostat contact is open when the swimming pool temperature is
higher than the thermostat set point.
When the contact is closed, the swimming pool is heated.
