use in order to reduce the impact on the environment: When starting to cook, turn on the hood at minimum speed and leave it on for
a few minutes even after cooking is complete. Increase the speed only if there is a large amount of fumes and steam, using the
Booster function only in extreme cases. To keep the odour reduction system running efficiently, replace the carbon filter/s when
necessary. To ensure the high performance of the grease filter, clean it when necessary. To improve efficiency and minimise noise,
use the maximum ducting diameter indicated in this manual.
Make the most of your hot plate’s residual heat by switching it off a few minutes before you finish cooking.
The base of your pot or pan should cover the hot plate completely; a container that is smaller than the hot plate will cause energy to
be wasted.
Cover your pots and pans with tight-fitting lids while cooking and use as little water as possible. Cooking with the lid off will greatly
increase energy consumption.
