. TROUBLESHOOTING
6.1 Common problems
In the event of severe failure, it is essential to turn off the appliance, operat-
ing the omnipolar circuit breaker, and close the water shut-off valve located
upstream of the appliance.

The appliance won't start
Check that the omnipolar circuit breaker is closed
and the grid voltage is present.
Make sure the door is properly closed.
Make sure you have set the parameters of the
cooking cycle properly.
If the appliance still doesn't work, contact the support service.
Problema
Possible solution
The fans stops during
operation.
(APPLIANCES
WITH
MOTOR)
The fan motor automatically reverses the direction
of rotation every 3 minutes, with 20 second intervals
of motor standstill.
During the sequence of cooking cycles, the last cycle
may finish upon the scheduled motor stop and,
therefore, upon the next startup of the appliance,
the motor remains temporarily stopped.
Check that the fan stop is not temporary (within 20
seconds) and due to the normal operation of the
appliance.
Turn off the appliance and wait for the thermal
breaker of the motor to be restored automatically.
Make sure the cooling vents are not obstructed.
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
