1. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read this manual carefully before installating and commissioning the appliance
because it provides important information about the safe installation, use and mainte-
nance of the appliance. Keep the manual in a location that can be easily accessed by
the operators for further consultation. Always hand over the manual to the next user in
case the oven gets transferred; should it become necessary, ask a new copy from your
dealer or directly from the manufacturer. Once you have removed the package, make
sure the oven is intact and free from damages due to transportation. Never install or
put into operation a damaged appliance; should you have any doubt, contact the tech
-
nical support or your local dealer immediately. Installation, non-routine maintenance
and repairs should be carried out only by qualified personnel and in accordance with
manufacturer's instructions. The appliance was designed to cook food indoors and
should only be used for this function: any other use should be avoided as it is consid
-
ered improper and dangerous. The appliance should be used only by properly trained
personnel. To avoid the risk of accidents or damaging the equipment, it is essential that
the staff is constantly trained with regard to safe operation. The appliance should not
be used by persons with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or trained on how to use the ap

pliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to make
sure they do not play with the appliance nor use it. During operation it is necessary to
pay attention to the hot spots of the outer surface of the appliance that, under operat
-
ing conditions, may exceed 60 ° C. In case of failure or malfunction of the machine
contact, shut down the appliance. In cas it needs to be repaired, contact exclusively
an authorized technical center or directly the manufacturer and use only original spare
parts. Do not place other heat sources, such as fryers or cooking plates, near the ap
-
pliance. Do not store or use flammable substances near the equipment. In the event
of prolonged storage of the appliance, cut off the water and electrical energy supply.
Before putting the appliance into service, check that you have removed all parts of the
package, disposing of the latter in accordance with current legislation. Any change to
appliance installation that could become necessary should be approved and carried out
by authorized technical staff. To prevent hazards to the health of the individual due to
an accidental intervention of the thermal protection device, the latter should never be
powered through an external switch, such as a timer, nor connected to an electrical
circuit that is regularly switched on and off automatically. Failure to comply with the
above instructions can compromise the safety of the equipment and yours, too. The
