Successful closure of the recovery process
After the new start of the device the operating system partition is active again and this
restored operating system is begun.
The first start (so called: Ridge time boat) of the put back operating system can last some
minutes. On this occasion, it is about two phases. During the first phase components of
the device are recognised the hardware and are integrated into the operating system.
During the second phase the final settings are put. Between the phases or within the
phase the device is automatically restarted several times.

Recovery/Backup Function
The POLARIS can be restored to delivery status by means of a recovery stick.
The recovery flash drive is not included in the scope of supply.
