Note
When the battery is initially inserted in the MC 9190

-NI, the amber LED flashes once if
the battery power is low or the battery is not fully inserted.
Charge battery separately or a spare batteries
Note
Note that battery type B7-A2Z0-0006 with 7.4 V/2200 mAh may only be charged outside
the hazardous area. Use only accessories approved by BARTEC. Do not attempt to
charge damp/wet Mobile Computers or batteries. All components must be dry before
they are connected to an external power supply.
1.
Remove the battery, type B7-A2Z0-0006
2.
Prior to removing the battery, press the red Power button. This sets the Mobile
Computer to suspend mode.
3.
Press the primary battery release(s). The battery partially ejects from the Mobile
Computer.
4.
Pause 3 to 4 seconds while the Mobile Computer performs battery removal
shutdown.
5.
Press the secondary battery release ( 2 in figure ), on top of the battery, and slide the
battery out of the Mobile Computer. ( 3 in figure )
6.
Ensure the accessory used to charge the main battery is connected to the
appropriate power source.
