Coolant Supply
Caution
Do not touch the radiator or coolant during
engine operation or immediately after the
engine has been turned off.
Otherwise, you may get burned.
Caution
Supply coolant after the engine has well
cooled down.
Caution
The radiator cap is pressurized.
If you remove the radiator cap while the
engine is overheated, hot steam will burst out,
possibly resulting in burns.
Make sure that the water temperature and
pressure are reduced, and then grab the cap
with a thick cloth and gradually open the cap.
Important
When supplying coolant, be sure to use clean
water.
Important
Tightly close the radiator cap.
If the cap is loose or incorrectly installed, the
engine will be overheated due to water
leakage, resulting in engine damage.
If the coolant level in the reserve tank is
lower than the "LOW" mark, open the
reserve tank cap, and then supply clean
water up to the "FULL" mark.

Inspection of Oil Cooler
Make sure that there is no damage to the
oil cooler.
Make sure that the oil cooler is not
contaminated.
Cleaning of Oil Cooler
Important
An unclean oil cooler may cause malfunction
of the hydraulic system.
Important
Do not use solid objects, such as a spatula or
screwdriver, or high-pressure water to clean
the radiator or oil cooler.
Otherwise, special fins or tubes may be
damaged, possibly resulting in reduced
cooling performance or coolant leakage.
