17. Troubleshooting
Code E4000000: “Pump 1 speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Pump 1 (DMD cooling circuit) not
running at expected speed.
Check whether the pump is properly connected towards the Thermal hub board.
Damaged pump
Replace the DMD cooling assembly.
Code E4000100: “Pump 2 speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Pump 2 (Light Source) not running
at expected speed.
Check whether the pump is properly connected towards the Thermal hub board.
Code E4000200: “Mainboard FPGA Fan speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Blocked fan
Unblock fan fpga on Support frame of the Mainboard. Ensure that the fan can turn freely.
Wiring issue
Remove the mainboard from the projector. Check / reseat the wire unit of the fan. If
problem persists, replace the fan.
Malfunction Mainboard
Replace the Main Board.
Fan end of life.
Replace the fan.
Code E4000300: “ Mainboard PCB Fan speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Blocked fan
Unblock fan pcb on Support frame of the Mainboard. Ensure that the fan can turn freely.
Wiring issue
Remove the mainboard from the projector. Check / reseat the wire unit of the fan. If
problem persists, replace the fan.
Malfunction Mainboard
Replace the Main Board. .
Fan end of life.
Replace the fan. .
Code E4000400: “Radiator Fan 1 speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Blocked fan
Remove the fan from the radiator assembly and verify if the fan is not blocked. To access
the fan, see service procedure
Wiring issue
Check the connection towards the thermal hub board. If problem persists, replace the
fan.
Fan end of life.
Replace the fan. .
Code E4000500: “Radiator Fan 2 speed too low” (Error)
Situation
Solution
Blocked fan
Remove the fan from the radiator assembly and verify if the fan is not blocked. To access
the fan, see service procedure .
Wiring issue
Check the connection towards the thermal hub board. If problem persists, replace the
fan.
Fan end of life.
Replace the fan. See service chapter
Code E4000600: “Radiator Fan 3 speed too low” (Error)

Solution
Blocked fan
Remove the fan from the radiator assembly and verify if the fan is not blocked.
