Check Sensor connections and retry.
An I

C bus is used by the ACTAS Control Unit both internally and for communication
with the Sensor Unit. This message appears when the connection with the Sensor Unit
is removed while a “get ref” or a “start adjust” instruction is already in progress.
Possible causes and remedies :
u
If the address is 70H, 71H, A0H or A1H, check whether the Sensor Unit connection
cable is not disconnected or interrupted.
u
If other addresses are reported as well, check whether the Sensor Unit connection
cable is not shorted.
u
If I

C errors persist, authorized servicing is required.

PROJECTOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS
When communication with for example the projector 6 is disturbed, a warning message
will be displayed for about 1 second (the hex number between square brackets
indicates which serial command code was to be performed).
Afterwards, the ACTAS Control Unit will retry 2 more times; if unsuccessful, an error
message will appear, and further ACTAS activities will be stopped.
The user can choose to either retry once again, or to abort the current process by
pressing the
<ENTER>
or
<EXIT>
key respectively.
In the example, a command error as [08H] occurred, the persisting problem can have
following causes :
u
No 'Learn config' command executed yet.
u
Address changed since 'learn config'.
u
Projector address 6 did not exist.
u
Projector 6 had an incorrect baud rate.
u
Projector 6 was in stand by.
u
Projector 6 had no power connected.
u
Wrong baud rate in projectors (should be 9600).
u
The cable for RS232 communication was not connected.
If the command error displayed as [7AH], the causes could be :
u
Projector 6 was not locked to a source signal yet.
u
Projector 6 was temporarily disturbed by a flash that had just occurred.
u
Projector 6 was in stand by.
u
In this case, the RS232 communication suffers from too much noise.
