Auto adjustment mode
The auto mode allows the adjustment of gains and cut-
offs to be carried out automatically through the RS232
input of the projector.
After pressing the
<ENTER>
key in the 'Start adjust'
menu, messages will be displayed on the LCD display
of the ACTAS Control Unit to report the automatic
adjustment process :
1. If the projector is in pause, it will be set to the
operational mode.
2. Then the brightness and contrast values are
initialized, if the option "Init bri & con" is set to 'ON'.
3. The automatic adjustment process will follow up. The
ACTAS first switches to the low light and the devia-
tions of the red, green and blue light outputs relative
to the corresponding reference values are displayed.
Adjustments are done automatically. The signs '#'
will be moved to the '0' positions.
4. Afterwards, the ACTAS switches to the high light and
the deviations of the red, green and blue light outputs
relative to the corresponding reference values are
displayed. Adjustments are done automatically. The
signs '#' will be moved to the '0' positions.
5. The ACTAS will repeat the adjustment once or a few
times. At the end, a displayed message will report
that the color is adjusted in four iterations (in this
example).
6. Press the
<ENTER>
key to start up the adjustment
again or press the
<EXIT>
key to return.
Note :
If the reference kind "4C Temp" is selected, the steps
from 3 to 5 will be repeated for the 4 color tempera-
tures.
